BBI is a job interview technique used to interviewing candidates.It is an 'open-ended' question&concern more on the interviewee rather than the interviewer.The question term being used in BBI is always starts with "so tell me story about you..".It explore the candidate more because it makes candidates more relaxed,the candidates will tell the story more in a personal way rather than formal way&it will reveal the candidate's personality more in deep because it touches interpersonal experience as it is a behavioral based and personality question to be analyzed by the recruiter and the candidates will surely more honest to answer the question therefore the answer to be analyzed is always 80% valid.Nowadays in western world,it is being used more than psychotest because the question will not be outdated and can't be faked by the candidates, so it is efficient all the time. -Steven Lee

Altruism is a type of behavior or act in which a living being whether it is an animal or human sacrifices their own interest for the other,could be of their own kind or other species too. Altruism is basically the opposite of selfishness.For such example is when a group of meerkat were out,one would standing looking out for predators,if the sentinel sees a predator,it gives an alarm cry alerting other meerkats to run&seek shelter.Altruism can be found in human interaction,such as when somebody donating his kidney to unknown others eventhough a person donating the kidney didnt know the recepient well.But in all of that Altruism act in this life theres  a hidden recipocracy to be expected by such individual giving the act,whether they knew or not.While on the other hand the man that donates the kidney,he didnt received any money or whatsoever,but werent he became a hero in the eyes of the society around him?&thats recipocracy.As such,if theres Altruism,there must be Recipocracy!

Sertraline (trade brand:Zoloft) is an antidepressant drugs usually given by psychiatric to patient with disorder such as Social Anxiety Disorder, Bipolar, Major Depressive Disorder, as well as acute panic and neurotic patients.The drugs is quite famous within psychiatric world, BUT, there's some downside you need to know before you decide to choose Zoloft.

Here's The Pros&Cons about Zoloft:

PROS:

-Fast Dopamine Action noticeable to get you active just within a day

-Weight gain less likely

-lowest rate of Cardiovascular side effect

CONS:

-Big chance of failure in treatment for Bipolar patients,the worst you have taken if bipolar is the disorder

-Bipolar patients tend to be in Dysphoric state (aggresive angry,smash everything tantrum sort of)

-Higher increase the chance of SUICIDAL feeling&tendencies in BIPOLAR,Depressive,&Social Anxiety Disorder(SAD)

Now you know.. My suggestion, if you are A BIPOLAR or S.A.D person DONT TAKE ZOLOFT! I suggest take Chronazopam instead, writer's believe it is a more stable drugs with lighter side effect.

When you're having conversation with a person who has BPD, it feels like you're having conversation with more than one person..One minute they are angry/screaming/happy/euphoric at you and next minute they are sad and pessimistic or even crying..The person with BPD is possible to have many mood swing within one conversation..

The phase is called schema mode or THE(usually only 6, can be more, possible) 

6 FACES of Borderline Personality Disorder: 

1) Detached Protector/extremely closed or INTROVERT FACE 

2) Abandoned/Abused Person/VOID FACE

3) Angry/Impulsive Person/PSYCHOPATHIC FACE

4) The Punitive Parent/Sad/PESSIMISTIC FACE

5) Extremely happy or Energetic/ EUPHORIC FACE

6) Healthy Adult (MOST NORMAL FACE).

And its possible for BPD person to switch back and forth from those 6 main face.It all happens in like a glimpse of second when the person is not stable enough.

Guys, if you know someone whether its your family, friends, spouse, bestfriend, etc with heavy Mood-Swing.. Please please please i beg you guys don't take this lightly.. Coz' they could be a Bipolar person. And those who have Bipolar should be treated and supported very cautiously or you could ended up losing them.. ps:THIS IS SERIOUS

Please always support those person with Bipolar (extreme mood-swing) as they need your cheerish support and happy environment for they to live on..Don't ever joke about their moodiness as because they never lie about their mood condition (its how their brain works and treatment for sure could make their brain more stable and healthy,hence good Neurologist,Psychiatric,&Psychologist could always help them).

Please Please guys don't take Bipolar as a Joke and Lightly,don't you feel shameful to think this case as a joke?? only if you are a sociopath if you ever think this case as a joke coz you have no EMPATHY towards other human being! 

if you knew someone with Bipolar,please support them to live their heavy life.. Or you could ended up losing them forever.
