BEHAVIORAL BASED INTERVIEW (BBI). What is it? And why it's useful for Interviewing new employee candidate?

BBI is a job interview technique used to interviewing candidates.It is an 'open-ended' question&concern more on the interviewee rather than the interviewer.The question term being used in BBI is always starts with "so tell me story about you..".It explore the candidate more because it makes candidates more relaxed,the candidates will tell the story more in a personal way rather than formal way&it will reveal the candidate's personality more in deep because it touches interpersonal experience as it is a behavioral based and personality question to be analyzed by the recruiter and the candidates will surely more honest to answer the question therefore the answer to be analyzed is always 80% valid.Nowadays in western world,it is being used more than psychotest because the question will not be outdated and can't be faked by the candidates, so it is efficient all the time. -Steven Lee
